如没事,一周会花个五天,每天三小时在尖里混....
偶尔还会有一两天,花个一小时在马路上乱跑, 这算狂吗??? =P
尖友推荐香蕉吐司,原本心里感觉有点疑惑,那感觉会很饱吧....
这试过了,感觉真的挺好吃。开胃^^
糊涂鬼还放少了即酵,才放了半匙.... 幸好影响不大~
成品也有点缩腰,下回要多加5分钟。哈哈哈。
有点抓不透烤箱的脾性。
烘焙愉快~
面团: 熟金瓜泥 150g, 高粉 280g, 麦麸 3tbsp, 鸡蛋 1个, 即酵 3/4tsp, 盐 1/8tsp,
蜂蜜 20g, 冷水 40g, 牛油 30g.
装饰: 南瓜籽.
